Conceptual design and renderings for various concession locations and the San Diego International Airport.

Project Description:  New 2200 sf nightclub/sports bar at The Grand Del Mar resort.  The project features a stage for live performances, four 80″ televisions, patio dining and a rooftop terrace overlooking the golf course.

Project Description: Design studies for 60,000 sf office space addition to existing biotech campus.

Fabrication and installation of back bar, server station and hostess station.  Pieces were constructed of reclaimed redwood with steel frames. Design and Installation lead by MI-Workshop.

Project Description:  Build-out of sushi restaurant in new shell space including exterior additions and outdoor space.  Completed while project architect with Graham Downes Architecture.

Project Description: Renovation of 112 room, 80,000 square foot boutique hotel in downtown Bakersfield, California.  The Project includes a restaurant, cafe, nightclub, bar and meeting rooms.  Completed while project manager with Graham Downes Architecture.
